Sponsorship Requirements
1. Sponsorship Notice Requirement

All sponsorship requests must be submitted at least three (3) months prior to the event date.

FlyersATL.com reserves the right to decline sponsorship proposals submitted after this notice period.

Proposals should include:

Event name, date, and location
-
Target audience and expected attendance
-
Marketing exposure opportunities for FlyersATL.com

Sponsorship package details (tiers, benefits, deliverables)

2. 501(c)(3) & Nonprofit Verification

If the event is hosted by a nonprofit organization, the organization must provide:

A copy of its IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter
-
Current IRS Form 990 (or most recent filing) for transparency
-
Official contact information of the nonprofit organization

If the event is not tied to a 501(c)(3), the organizer must disclose the entity type (LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietorship, etc.).
3. Legal & Compliance Requirements

Contracts: A signed sponsorship agreement is required before funds, services, or in-kind contributions are provided.

Use of Logo & Branding: FlyersATL.com’s name, logo, or likeness may not be used in promotional materials without prior written approval.

Deliverables: Organizers must fulfill all agreed sponsorship benefits (signage, digital promotion, booth space, etc.) or be subject to partial or full reimbursement of sponsorship value.

Insurance: Event organizers must carry adequate general liability insurance and name FlyersATL.com as an additional insured when applicable.

Compliance with Laws: The event must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to safety, alcohol permits, and venue regulations.

Indemnification: Organizers agree to indemnify and hold FlyersATL.com harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.
4. Financial Terms

Sponsorship payments are due upon signing of the sponsorship agreement unless otherwise specified.

Sponsorship fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where FlyersATL.com terminates the agreement for reasons unrelated to the event’s compliance.
5. Termination & Non-Performance

FlyersATL.com reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship if:

The event misrepresents its nature, attendance, or nonprofit status.
-
The event engages in conduct harmful to FlyersATL.com’s reputation.
-
Legal or compliance issues arise that may affect FlyersATL.com.
